The recent changes in pisi has caused the distribution.xml's to be mandatory. 
We might consider making it optional as before.

If distribution.xml is present while creating index files, it must contain the 
following lines (for 2009.x):

   <SourceName>Pardus</SourceName>
   <Version>2009</Version>

"SourceName" refers to the distribution name (not repo name!). Repo 
indentifiers can be written in "BinaryName" tag.
