Well, below you can find a quick translation of mine.
The quality is so bad, there is a distorsion in the background and the guy
(Melih Bayram) is speaking with such poor-grammar, so it was a hard
translation. I just woke up, so that's all I could :)

======================

- State Organization Department supports it, provides resources for the
management of the project.. How much the project has come so far is: they
are looking back and analyize; if we have been on the right road or the
wrong road.. This project as pluses and minuses. This project was
successful in some points and unsuccessful for some other.. These some
others are more (EN: meaning unsuccessful points).

00:18
There will be a workshop, all the opensource developers will be gathered
together. We will decide which direction we should go. And it will
re-continue after that.

00:29
Right now, the project isn't finished, it is still continuing. Only, it
will be decided with the shareholders about how and in which way the
project will be going, and it will go on like this afterwards.

00:37
- This is a reconstruction period then?
- Yes, we can also call it a reconstruction, too.

00:42
- Also, there is a highly circulation in the employment. What was the
reason for this?
- Well, look now, one of the most fundamental illness in the project is;
there are some really-wrong structures in the project.. And there are some
imperfections and defections. These deficiencies will be solved and this
project will continue in a better and more efficient way.

In the end, we cannot tell people that "you must work in this company". If
they want to resign, there is nothing we can do about it. In the end, these
people are working under contract; if they resigned by theirselves, the
corporation can do nothing about it. In the end, this is a constitutional
right.

1:18
- Are you gonna announce the new roadmap?
- Sure, now, well, we will have a workshop. After the workshop, my friends
will comment about it. You know, even a technical remark that a friend has
done was understood wrong.
They say that there won't be a new version this year. When Microsoft says
"I'm not gonna develop a new version", ????? (I couldnt understand this
part). No, right? Yeah, like these, people are twisting this incident from
a different direction and they are trying to produce new things out of it..
These are not true.

1:46
- So as a summary, Pardus will continue, will not be closed?
- Yes, of course, it will continue with a little bit with Pardus. There is
nothing (wrong) about it.. And even more, our subject today is not Pardus,
it's even wrong to talk about it today, but I am telling these because you
asked. My mouth is also full of things I want to say. I am receiving many
questions like this. In fact, we are frequently announcing this situation.
Alright?

============
The rest is about Fatih/educational tablet pc project which I did not find
enough relevant to translate.
