Hi Richard,

I'm an old Pardus user and try to inform you about the progress of the
project from my perspective.
Since very long time the project has some management problems, especially
due to bureaucratic decisions.
Thus a relative big part of pardus paid developers resigned their contracts
and quit.
As a consequence there is no possibility anymore to develop new releases
for open community. TUBITAK decides to provide new releases only for
commerical users.

As an old user ( and even an old Pardus contributor) I recommend you to
switch your OS to a relative good maintained distribution, since there is
no hope to get a better Pardus anymore.
