Yes of course. Just subscribe to uludag-commits list and follow the commits which updates the po catalogues,

No. That was for the package repository. The layout is the same for the uludag repository which contains our tools and their translations.

I'm not sure but that's quiet possible for alpha, beta and rc.

I don't think so, just go on update the translations in uludag/trunk as frequent as possible.

Yes that seems to be me :)
