[Pardus-users] Some practical keyboard shortcuts maybe?

Dear Pardus developers,

It would be very nice if I was able to keep using my previous shortcuts 
like

* Pressing both of the Alt keys to switch between Turkish and English 
keyboard layout

* Ctrl-Alt-(Left|Right) to switch between desktops

* Yakuake behaviour for F12 being only appear and disappear, not 
requiring the usage of double F12 to first focus into the presently 
unfocused yakuake and then disappearing it (ie, pressing F12 would 
immediately make the yakuake disappear if it is visible)

Is there an easy way to accomplish these behaviours?
