It appears this is a problem with your BIOS settings or hardware.
Definitely a hardware issue, nothing specific to Pardus (I do not
remember any reports about IRQs that did not end up being a
hardware-related issue.)

You might try updating your BIOS. If that doesn't work, as IRQs are
for hardware, you might need to see which one is causing the problem
by removing them one at a time.
