Believe me, there are (several) open bug reports on this issue :)

The current Virtualbox release has issues with GCC 4.3 (the current
compiler for Pardus). As a policy, Pardus doesn't include different
versions of the same software in the distribution, so Virtualbox can't
be compiled from source.

Since you're using a pre-compiled package, you aren't affected by the
problem.

So either,
1) Virtualbox's GCC 4.3 problems will be fixed
2) Virtualbox will be binary distributed
3) Virtualbox will be deleted from the official repository

I personally don't know which path will its packager (or the
distribution) will take.
