There is. 

First install subversion package and do the following;

svn co -N https://svn.pardus.org.tr/pardus/2007/applications/printing
cd printing/
svn up cups
cd cups/
vi actions.py

remove following lines from it
[...]
                         --enable-ssl \
                         --enable-gnutls \
[...]

sudo pisi build pspec.xml -d
and install new package with
sudo pisi it cups-*.pisi

and same for amarok 

svn co -N  https://svn.pardus.org.tr/pardus/2007/desktop/kde/
cd kde
svn up amarok/
...
