[Pardus-users] Start undervolting on startup

Booting Pardus without splash shows something 
like: /etc/conf.d/local.start ... echo "16:35 14:25 12:18 10:12 8:12 8:6 
6:-1" 
> /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/phc_controls
No such file or directory.

Which can't be true, since it's there:) Does it have something with that the 
local.start is that high up in startup?
Is there another way to start scripts etc. upon boot?
