I think its maybe a good startup sound but not for all. Therefore its very
improbable to being the official startup sound of Pardus.
But its a good startup, if the artist of this sound decide to make a sound
theme for all of system sounds, eventually a lot of users (i'm for example)
use them as standard sound theme.
