Will it install on 8Gb RAM, only using 4Gb, or won't it install at all

I'll rather buy the MB and 8GB RAM now, and let it use the full 8GB when the 
PAE enabled kernel arrives

 Not yet, we are limited to 4GB for now but if things go well we will have a
PAE enabled kernel in Pardus 2009
