Looking around in the latest kernel I noticed that it was configurated for
pentium II and not Pentium M as I have: >>Processor Type and
Feature>>Processor Family>>(x) Pentium II/Celeron (Pre- Coppermine).
I wonder if there is a way to change this without recompiling the kernel,
on the other hand I have heard that the Pentium M option is not the
optimal. But Pentium II...
I have tried to recompile the kernel once in Pardus, and it did not work
(had to reinstall), I managed to recompile the kernel but not install it.
So is there a good, specific Pardus- guide somewhere?
Regards and I wish to say that the developers of Pardus does a grezat job,
I really appreciate it.
