 It seems only doing a "pisi up" will not be enough, since there are
many package name changes and some packages won't come with "up". Also
the repository is lacking some packages so some users my end up wih
packages not updated and not working properly.

 After the repository is completed I believe we can safely anonunce the
update method.

 We are preparing a script [1] and will finish it soon, if we see it
fit, it can be changed into another method (a gui maybe)
