 You are missing the root entry, according to the stuff above it should
be something like this (when you write the root entry, you don't have
to rewrite it for kernel and initrd unless they are ona a different
partition)

 title Pardus 2011
 root (hd0,1)
 kernel /boot/kernel-2.6.37 root=/dev/sda2 resume=/dev/sda5
 initrd /boot/initramfs-2.6.37
